It Was Not Your Fault, But Mine...{Tag: Molly & anyone that wants to visit her)

(Set after the first Transfiguration Class)

Jayden walked into the Hospital Wing, an unconcious Molly Starkey in his arms. He looked around the partly empty room, a small sigh escaping his lips. His first day of class, and already he was escorting (If you could call it that) a student to the infirmary.

What a way to start the school year.

ANother sigh, then he walked further into the large room, looking around for Madame Pomfrey, or one of her helpers. Momenterily, he layed Molly on the closest empty bed, and walked to the office door. He knocked softly, and said , "Hello? Madame Pomfrey?"

Molly was placed onto one of the beds by Professor Andrada. She looked as if she was in a peaceful slumber, dreaming up beautiful scenes that could have very well been painted up by Van Gogh. However, when one was passed out, as she was, it was highly unlikely for her to be dreaming. So there she lay, her breathing steady, her body slack, and endless darkness in her very head.

[short, lame, and rather awkward post... >3> I figured I should post here, but since she's passed out, there isn't much I can post. xD
"And it was your heart on the line. I really fucked it up this time, didn't I my dear?" <___< good thing I love this song, because now it's stuck in my head. xDDD]

Nani walked in.. she was looking for her brother, her arm was still hurting even after his miraculous ointment..
She looked around and the room was empty as usual but she could see one of the teachers who was near a bed.. Nani smiled.. "Ehm.. Excuse me.. Did you see the doctor here around?" she asked moving her hand in the air.. "I need him.."

Sitka walked in the bed room followed by Miranda, he watched around and smiled when he saw that there were Nani with some other people.. "Hey.." he chuckled walking towards her.. "What happened?" he asked at the other one who was near at the bed..

Miranda followed Sitka into main hospital wing. Her eyes widened as she saw first a young, new professor standing over a bed with an unconscious student. Then ton Nani holding her arm awkwardly beside her. How had all these people come into the wing without the two of them hearing?! The space was specifically designed so that calls for help could be heard anywhere in th wing. And there was no way none of them had called for Sitka. She rolled her eyes at Sitka's calm reaction. But that was one reason he was so good at what he did....and why she could never do it on a regular basis.
"Professor Andrada, right? I don't believe we've officially met. Professor Melgrove." she extended a hand. The situation obviously wasn't too serious. And anways all she could do was wait for Sitka to tell her what he needed.

Jayden sighed in relief, shaking first the tan male and the blonde woman, "Hi, no, I don't think we have met. Yes, I'm Jayden Andrada; nice to meet you professor Melgrove. And you're Healer Pelekai, right? Nice to meet you too."

The Irishman ran his fingers through his red hair, heaving a great sigh. "Right, so this school year isn't starting off so great for me. I was having my first Transfiguration class and my assignment for the students was to pair up and transfigure anything in the classroom into something impressive but harmless. Miss Starkey here," He cast a remorseful glance towards said student, "And her partner Mr. Malfoy decided to transfigure his cape into a toothless boa constrictor. Mr. Malfoy thought 'toothless' also meant 'harmless', for some strange reason. Anyway, next thing I know, the snake is squeezing miss Starkey to suffocation,and I immediately canceled the spell. So, she's alive, but the thing is," Jayden hesistated, before giving a sheepish grin to the healer, "I'm absolute rubbish at healing spells and things of that nature, so I brought he here for your diognosis, Healer Pelekai."

Sitka smiled at him.. "Yes.. I'm the healer.." he chuckled, it was the firts time that year that someone has called him healer, everyboy went with a simlpe doctor..

He glanced at the students when Andrada talked about it.. one of Nani's friend.. miss Starkey.. Molly? He drove away that thoughts and became more serious.. "Suffocation?" he mumbled then glanced at Miranda.. "Any ideas?" he asked at her.. Not a lot of people came in the infirmary with that kind of problems, to be honest this was the first time..

((Nani is still there.. O.o Ops! XD)) Nani was stand behind them, her eyes blinked when she saw that Molly was the student in the bed!
"Suffocation.." she whispered standing awkward near the bed in front of them.. without knowing what to say or what to do..

Miranda smiled warmly at the new professor. She remembered how nerve-racking the first day was, and to have a crisis on top of that?
"Well, at least none of the students fell asleep on your first day!" she joked.
"Any ideas?"
Miranda frowned, "Check her vitals first. We need to establish what's not responding normally, if anything, especially her breathing and heart rate. She approached the girl. She lifted a single dropping eyelid.
"Her eyes seem to be responding to the light at least." She turned to Jayden. "You said it was a boa constrictor right? How big was it? Did her skin change color at all when it wrapped around her?"

Sitka smiled.. he knew that Miranda knew what to do in case of snake crushing.. it was her subject after all.. He ganced at her when she controlled her sight meanwhile he took Molly's hand and controlled the heart rate from her wrist.. "It's regural.." he smiled at them.. then he looked at Miranda.. "Why do you ask?"

"Well, if the Boa WAS toothless, than he couldn't have emitted any poison. With suffocation, all you can do is make sure the airways are clear and let her rest. Her body needs to recuperate from the stress."
She pressed her ear to the girl's chest. Her breathing was slightly strained, but she didn't hear anything life-threatening.
"A strengthening concoction would probably help though."

Sitka smiled and walked to the cabinet where he usually kept his tonics.. there he would totally find the one he needed..
Giving a quick look he chuckled and took a little bottle.. "This can work.." he smiled and laied it on the bedside table near the bed.. "When she'll wake up we can give this to her.." he smiled at Miranda..

[I guess I should wake Molly up now. xD]

Molly took a deeper breath, her eyes fluttering ever so slightly. She shook a bit before opening her eyes, squinting at the bright light. She let out a gasp before coughing, as if she was trying to catch her breath. Her hands immediately went up to her neck and she tried to sit up, but her body hurt and she felt extremely weak. She tried to allow her eyes to adjust, as people started to blur and come in focus and repeat. "W-where..." her eyes focused and she answered her question. She was in the hospital wing.

Miranda watched the young Gryffindor carefully as she stirred. She put a hand firmly. Her shoulder keeping her lying on the bed.
"Not yet sweetie. You're body's been through enough. Youve gotta let it rest."
She smile warmly down at her and brushed a strand of light hair from her face. She glanced up at Sitka.
"should we give her the potion now or wait a couple more minutes.?"

Sitka glanced at Molly then to Miranda.. "She's awake.. it's better now so she can sleep and rest.." he said taking the bottle and a big spoon, he gave it to Miranda and smiled.. "You're more delicate.." he chickled giving her also the bottle..

Miranda blushed deeply at the praise and took the bottle and spoon from Sitka. She pulled a stool up next to the bed and sat gracefully.
Slipping her hand to the back of Molly's head she said calmly, "This is just a strengthening potion to help your body recuperate. If Sitka did it right," she teased. "it shouldn't taste too terrible!" She grinned mischievously.
Gently, she lifted the young woman's head from the pillow and brought the spoon to her lips.

"Hey!" Sitka chunckled at Miranda's joke.. "Not all my potions are so disgusting!" he laughed softly.. "Now it's better if she rests a little.."

Nani meanwhile was watching the scene and glanced at Molly then to the others.. "Is she ok now?" she asked to Sitka and Miranda.. "Yes.. yes.." Sitka smiled giving her a pat on her shoulder..

She grinned up at Sitka. "Oh I've tasted your potions. I KNOW how awful they can be!"
Miranda turned her attention to Nani then glanced down at her arm, which she was cradling awkwardly.
"Nani!" she yelped, leaping to her feet. "What's wrong with your arm?!" She rushed over to the young woman, before rounding on Sitka. "Your baby sister is here looking for her doctor brother and you haven't even asked why she's holding her arm like that?!" She demanded good naturedly.

((XD XD I'm giggling like an idiot! XD Poor Sitka! XD))

Nani glanced at Miranda.. "Nono! I'm fine!" she smiled awkward.. "It's only a blow.." she smiled.. Sitka chuckled at Miranda's rebuke.. "Don't you see?" he asked patting on her shoulder.. "Nani is a rock! Nothing can hurt her!" he laughed softly walking over shelf.. "The ointment I gave you didin't work?" he asked to Nani looking between his blottes.. Nani laughed.. "If it would have worked now I wouldn't be here!" she teased him.. it was funny watch their squabbles..

"Nani, don't try and cover for your brother," She said smiling and shaking her head. She rounded back to Sitka. "Her brother's a doctor....she shouldn't have to have a moment of discomfort."
Her eyes twinkled merrily and she winked at Nani. They had been like sisters for years after all the time she had spent at their house during the holidays.

NAni smiled at Miranda and winked back.. After all this time there was a sort of entente between them.. She chuckled.. "Miranda is right! Things like this shouldn't happened to me.." she teased him..

Sitka chuckled turning at them.. "What is this?" he glanced the two girls.. "A female alliance?!" he raised an eyebrow.. "In that case I don't like it! You two have been too much together in these years!" he chuckled taking a little jar with a green ointment.. "Here!" he throwed it gently to Nani.. "Try this.." he smiled and glanced at Miranda..

Miranda smiled back and wrapped an arm around the younger woman's shoulders. She rolled her eyes at Sitka's statements. "If we have spent too much time together, it's your own fault. You're the one who used to always leave me alone with her when I was visiting to go do who knows what!" She chuckled. "Though now that I think about it, you were probably off flirting with another one of the island girls!" She teased.

Nani laughed.. "Miranda hits the mark!" she chuckled taking the little jar.. "You were always around looking for a girl!"

Sitka laughed.. "Soo.. you two started to think in the same way?!" he chuckled wrapping an arm around each shoulder, one on Nani and one on Miranda.. "What do I have to do with you girls?!" he teased them..
