Two Boys and A Swimming Pool. What Could Possibly Go Wrong? (Tag Perseus)

Perseus wasn't the least bit shocked when Jim grabbed his wrist and stopped him from going further, but he was a bit disappointed. His lips curled up into a small smile as he moved his hand back up, away from the metaphorical line at his waist that he'd nearly crossed. He leaned in and gave him one last kiss, their lips pressed together for no more than a moment, before he pulled away completely, releasing him from his arms. He backed away, the water trickling as his movements upset the surface. "That was fun," he stated, smirking a bit.

It looked like Perseus was alright with not going any farther, for now. But Jim wondered when that would be enough for him. The idea of actually having sex with somebody, guy or girl, terrified Jim out of his mind. Thanks to his werewolf curse, his emotions were out of control enough. He couldn't imagine what might happen if he got too carried away during a moment of passion. He certainly didn't need Perseus seeing any of that. But he did kiss him back as the blonde pressed his lips against his one more time. "Yeah. Sure." That was all he could say. His heart was still pounding and his nerves still racing. He needed a moment to calm himself down.

Perseus returned to his original spot in the tub, where he had been actually cleaning up, and proceeded to sink below the water one last time, then resurfaced after a few seconds. He wiped the water from his eyes, and watched Jim for a moment, before leaning against the side of the tub, sighing. His heart was still beating a little faster than normal, but he was otherwise calm, leaning his head back as his eyes slipped closed. He sat there for a minute, just relaxing. Then, he ran his fingers through his wet hair, brushing his bangs from his forehead, and looked to Jim. "We should probably get out soon," he commented, eyeing the bubbles around Jim that had been hiding a certain area from view, "the bubbles are almost gone."

Jim felt his heart skip a beat for a moment, remembering what had happened the last time Perseus had submerged. But it seemed like he really was bringing their little "make-out" session to a close. Jim looked at him, wondering what he was thinking. His face seemed surprisingly chill despite having his mouth locked with his only a few moments ago. At his comment, Jim gave him a look that was more irritated than embarrassed. "No need to wait for me," he said, managing to grab a towel and awkwardly push himself out.

Perseus glanced to Jim for a second, before smirking when he responded. "Who said I was?" he asked, grabbing a towel. "Maybe I was just relaxing after all the excitement," he smirked more, hopping out of the tub and wrapping the towel around his waist quickly. He looked to the piles of clothes, then paused, realizing they were still dirty. What was that spell...? He grabbed his wand and flicked it, and the piles of dirty clothes became stacks of clean ones. He knew watching the servants work during the summers would pay off. He grabbed his clothes and dressed quickly, then dried his hair with another towel.

So Perseus was calling it excitement? Well, Jim wasn't going to stop him. He didn't exactly have a word for what they were. It certainly wasn't like his relationship with Evaine. The idea of making out with her like he did with Perseus made him blush. He barely dried himself off before slipping on his clothes, hands fumbling all the while. He felt like the place suddenly became stifling and he just wanted to get out. Maybe he was feeling guilty, or just amazed that he was interesting to a guy like Perseus. He didn't know and he felt too confused to try and sort out his feelings. "So, um...I guess I'll...see you around, then."
