Speciality:
Pippa is very brave and thoughtful and kind to others. She excels at Potions and Divination. Her best spells are Avifors, Avis, Flipendo and Furnunculus. She’s good at riding broomsticks, but as of now, being a first year, she can’t join the Quittich team

Limitations:
Pippa is extremely sensitive to vicious comments about her parents and freckles. Pippa rushes headlong into things without thinking. Her worst classes are divination and Arithmancy. Her worst spells are confundus, Accio and Ennervate (which usually means you’ll find her in the halls stupefied by some meaner students) she’s terrified of death eaters and what they would do to her mother-a ‘blood traitor’ for marrying Pippa’s father

Wand / Magical Items:
a gnarled teak wand. The length is just shy of eleven and one-quarter inches long. The core consists of kraken heartstring. She also has a remembral and a quill that once dipped never runs dry or out of ink and writes in varying colors depending on the user’s mood.
Personality:
Pippa is extremely adventurous and afraid of almost nothing. She is hyper and always willing to try new things. Hidden by her usual sunny personality is a very shy, scared and lonely little girl who just wants someone she can talk to and laugh with besides ghosts, animated crockery and her parents.

Appearance:
Pippa has freckles and bright red hair, which is bound so tightly into pigtails they stick straight out from either side of her head. She is very tall for her age and extremely thin, her clothes, tattered and well worn, never seeming to quite fit.

History:
Pippa is the daughter of Argus Filch and Irma Pince. much to her parent's joy, she is like her mother and has powers. the only child, Pippa is spoiled silly when with her parents. Pippa has lived with her uncle for most of her life, seeing her parents on holidays and over the summer. Since he was a sea captain, Pippa often went on his various trips with him. Because of this she is very good at swimming, telling the weather, and speaking different languages, as she had to learn them so she could speak to people all over the world. Pippa was not expecting to be permitted into Hogwarts, seeing her parentage, but when she got her letter on her birthday the whole family went out to celebrate, Argus and Irma both spending two years worth of salary on both celebrations and supplies.

I didn't specify where exacly Emily lives, so they could be neighbors, and they could had spent a lot of time together on summers... What do you think?? ^^

Imagine how they could be surprised when they realized the both of two were witches, since Emily is muggle-born, and Pippa didn't expect it.

that would be awesome! but her background and stuff (Pippa's) states she never really hung out with other kids, but I guess Emily could be the exception! they could run into each other on the train or in the hall after they get sorted and be "OMG, you're a witch too?!" XD and Emily will have the added advantage of probably being liked by Filch (Pippa's dad) so...^^ it all works great! =)

Wow... now, Emily has a BFF, and I think she'll love to meet Toothless <3... and Hiccup as well, of course

Pippa would think that Hiccup on Toothless tapping on the window would be the coolest thing ever and would ask for a quick ride XD and of course they can share a cabin! they are best friends, right? I know! they meet at the station! that way they'll have plenty of time to plan for beds by each other and stuff
