Personality: Belle is generally a happy person, always smiling or humming a little tune to herself. It take a bit to make her mad. She doesn't like fighting, but she'll do it if she has to, particularly if she needs to get control of her class. She's very optimistic and believes the best in people, which can make her naive and too trusting at times. She encourages her students in every way she can. Her two favorite places to be are the greenhouse and the library. Her favorite books are romance novels, since she is a romantic at heart.
Appearance: Tends to wear plain clothes, which sometimes have dirt on them. Her hands can also be dirty at times. Sometimes smells like whatever plant she was near last. Hair is always in a ponytail. Doesn't wear a lot of jewelry.
History: Belle came from a pure-blood family, and was raised as normally as any witch was. She always had a knack for herbology and it was her favorite subject while she was at Hogwarts. So it only fit that she would come back to teach it someday. She has had someone close to her join the Death Eaters, but she won't mention that subject unless she has to. This had led her to be sensitive with issues involving Death Eaters and Voldemort. But she doesn't let that bring her down. This is her second year teaching, so she's learned some of the ropes of the job, but she still has a bit to learn.
