The Challenges, Points and Prizes System

CHALLENGES

Individual Challenges: These are sent to individual members involving a personal challenge for one of their characters, from kissing a friend to using the cruciatus curse. These challenges do not have to be completed but if they are completed successfully, you will be awarded points. The more difficult the challenge, the more points awarded.

Member Challenges: These will be posted in this section of the forum, "Challenges and Events", they will involve challenges such as first student to complete a prank on a teacher. You do not have to participate in these challenges and they will generally be open for all members to compete in. The more difficult the challenge, the more points awarded.


POINTS:

House Points (HP): These are points for your character's house; Slytherin, Ravenclaw, Gryffindor, Hufflepuff, which will be displayed on the forum. Teachers can give these out to students and take them away. (Please notify admin so I can alter the numbers.) These can also be earnt and lost in challenges, aswell as Quidditch Tournaments.

Gringotts Points (GP): These are points for your character's own personal use and can be spent on prizes, like currency. These can only be handed out by admin. These can also be taken away by admin for anything from continuously poor grammar to cyberbullying.

Pets:
-> A Toad: 80 GP.
-> A Cat: 90 GP.
-> An Owl: 100 GP.
-> Other Approved Species: 110 GP.

Potions:
-> Felix Felicis: 100 GP.
-> Amortentia: 110 GP.
-> Polyjuice Potion: 120 GP.
-> Veritaserum: 140 GP.

Animagus Forms: (Limited)
-> A Household Pet: 200 GP.
-> A Wild Animal: 250 GP.
-> A Mythical Creature: 300 GP.

Special Objects: (Limited)
-> Deluminator: 100 GP.
-> Two-way Mirror: 150 GP.
-> Marauder's Map: 200 GP. [In possession for two months.]
-> Invisibility Cloak: 400 GP. [In possession for two months.]
-> Resurrection Stone: 500 GP. [In possession for one month, but the effects on the dead will last.]

Special Abilities: (Limited)
-> Metamorphagus: 400 GP.
-> Parseltongue: 420 GP.
-> Seer: 500 GP.
-> Werewolf: 520 GP.
-> Vampirism: 550 GP.

Well.. isn't this interesting..

I'm interested in what the 'Limited' means...?

Does that mean that after, say, 15 of us select one of the limited options, that's it, nobody else can select it. Is there a set quantity of how many people can have it? Does that mean that the amount of use we get out of it is limited?

Yes, limited means if I feel there are too many characters wanting one "prize", it will disappear from the list :3
Plus, some limited items, there will be only one of circulating in the roleplay, I like the idea of a person only obtaining it for a limited time though, I might add that. ~ <3
