William is an outgoing boy who gets along with most people. He's fun and likes joke around with his friends as well as be the guy to go up to anybody and strike up a conversation. He doesn't really like seeing people by themselves if he notices it. Not to say he likes everyone. No, there are people even he can't stand. But for everyone else, he's as nice as can be and even charming at times. He's a very good and loyal friend to have.

He loves Quiditch with a passion. It's the one thing he can talk about nonstop with fire in his eyes. Really it's hard to get him to shut up about it. It's his dream to go Pro one day. He can be a bit one track minded, mostly when it comes to Quiditch or his boyfriend Tony. He's also a bit stubborn too. If he's determined about something, or really wants something, it can be hard to sway him otherwise. He also has a wee bit of a jealousy streak if he notices someone interested in his boyfriend. Or if his boyfriend is a little bit interested in others... let's just say he doesn't like Professor Once-Ler very much.

Appearance:
William is of average height with a lean muscular build form years of quiditch. He has sandy-blonde hair that is short but slight shaggy and is often seen as a little wind blown from all the quiditch practice he does. He has blue eyes that sparkle when he talks about things he is loves (quiditch or tony). He's skin is lightly tan from lots of sun that's starting to pale as the winter comes. He has a few light scars on his back and shoulders from the car accident he was in as a child that are hard to see unless up close.

History:
William's story stars off with his parents. His father was a pureblood from a long and old family that had always been pure. His mother was a muggleborn, new to all things magic but loved it just as much as what she knew from her muggle life. Like many lovers, they met in hogwarts. Their love forming in seventh year that lasted after graduation. They married, with some persuasion being given to man's family and were blessed with young Will.

They spent a few happy years together. However it was only a few. On a cold December day, when Will was four years old, he and his parents were driving to pay his muggle grandparents a visit. The roads were a bit icy and and traffic was harsh. They were almost to their destination when some muggle ran a light and crashed into them. Will made it out ok, but his parents did not.

After their deaths, he went to live with his wizard grandfather. The man was a bit strict and proper, but he loved his grandson dearly. And was quite protective of him. The man did not care for muggles, even more so after his son's death, but did try to make a habit of allowing young Will see his other grandparents. But through side apparition or floo, not with the use of muggle devices like cars.

At first William was withdrawn in himself, the effect of his parents death great. But over the years he grew back into the happy boy he was and came to be ecstatic with the arrival of his Hogwarts acceptance letter. At hogwarts, he grew fascinated with all the magical wonders. Especially quiditch. By second year he did not hesitate to tryout for his house's team. Unfortunately he didn't get in. But the team's captain saw potential in him and offered the young boy tips on how to do better. Encouraged by this, Will practiced whenever he could at flying and making maneuvers, watching intently at all the quiditch games to make notes. By third year, he made it onto the team as a chaser.

Quiditch was the greatest thing ever to the boy, he loved the excitement and freedom that was in it. It was all he could focus on outside of studies, paying mind to little else. Not even the girls, of which his mates seemed to only ever talk about. Perhaps it was a bit strange that he didn't fancy any of them, or be remotely interested, but he chalked it off as being a late bloomer. Besides, quiditch needed his attention. He couldn't afford to slack off. And so, he continued to practice and train to make himself better at each game.

By fourth year, he began receiving plenty of confessions from his female classmates, but he turned down them all. He just wasn't interested. His friends often teased him, joked that his only love would ever be quiditch. Will was inclined to believe them until on day in March. It had been any ordinary day, the team had a match against their rival house that day and Will was grinning and growing excited. He was just about to leave the great hall when another boy passed by him. The lad gave him a shy smile and a quiet good luck before going his own way. Before he knew it, William stumbled over his own feet while his face flushed scarlet. His friends teased him of his klutziness, but it all went through one ear and out the other. All he could think about was that he had to do his best that day.

Their house won the game and as William began to leave the stadium, he spotted the boy from earlier. There wasn't anything immediately noticeable about him. He almost seemed to blend into the crowd. But Will spotted him all the same and went running towards him. The boy seemed shock and flustered by Will's sudden appearance and hold of his arm, but all the happy quidich player did was give his biggest grin and say that he won. The boy's surprised faced turned back into that shy little smile from before and the quiet congratulations that came from his mouth was like the sweetest victory.

Will spent the rest of the year watching the other, and even talking to him on occasion. Though he never got much out from the other, who he learned was named Tony, it was still enough to make him happy. Especially the wishes of good luck before every match. When the year was over, Will was sad that he wouldn't get to see Tony. He wanted to write to the other, but knew they didn't know each other well enough. During summer, though he had fun, he couldn't help but feel a little forlorn. His Grandfather noticed this and gave the boy sympathetic pat on the shoulder, asking who the lucky girl was. Will was startled byt his and asked his grandfather what he meant, the old wizard simply saying he recognized that look from the boy's own father when he had been helplessly in love with his mother. Will didn't hear too many stories from his grandfather about them, the memories still a bit to painful for the old man, but couldn't find it in him to enjoy the story. All he could focus on was that, according to his grandfather, he was in love with Tony. When asked once more about the mysterious girl, Will ducked his head down and simply said it was just a classmate of his, a shy one he recently got to know. This was enough information for the old man and the subject as dropped.

When fifth year started, Will had come to terms with the idea that he fancied a bloke. He made no means to tell his friends, but he was able to come to accept it and continue to spend time with Tony. Once quiditch started again, he made sure Tony always wished him luck, and was at the game. His friends began to joke the the shy boy was his good luck charm, and even Will began to call him so. In which made Tony give him flushed cheeks as a response. He made no plans to tell the other of his feelings, not sure if they would last or if the other would ever accept them. But as the year went by, he noticed that some of the girls began to notice his shy crush. Jealousy burned in him and he did whatever he could to make the other notice him or spend time with him, even go and listen to Tony play his music instead of practice quiditch like he used to do religiously. When Christmas drew closer, Will couldn't bare it anymore. During the evening feast before people left for Christmas holiday, he made his move. He stood up from his spot and went over to where Tony sat. Without a word, he grabbed the boy's hand and dragged him over to the nearest mistletoe that hung in the air. He took but a moment to look into Tony's eyes before kissing him soundly on the lips.

Once the kiss was broken, he flushed and gave Tony nervous grin before telling the other that he fancied him and wanted them to go out. It was the most nerve wreaking thing he ever did, but the agreement from the flushed faced and shy boy made him grin brightly and kiss the other again. The fact that they were in the Great Hall was long since forgotten. There were mixed results from fellow students. Some happy and cheering for the two, some furious and spatting out names, and a majority that just didn't care. But Will hardly cared what the student body thought, Tony liked him to and that was enough. The rest of he year was mostly uneventful. There was quiditch, there as studing for O.W.L.s, and there was little dates with his newly made boyfriend. When it came time for summer, there were promises for letters sent that were happily kept. It was spectacular really. Other than the fact his grandfather had no idea just who it was that the boy pined for. And Will had no idea how, or courage, to tell him the truth.
