Seeing how close they was getting and how jim,brightens,up her world. It sicken,him and wanted jim out of the picture for good and he knew how. Finding eva alone studying he grabbed her wrist dragging her away and to a dark place that no one can bother them.

Evaine was in the Library alone, wanting to be alone for reasons. Once because she was thinking of her mother and two thinking Jim was keeping something from her and it made her sad thinking maybe all he said and done was for nothing. Out of no where Leroy grabbed her by the wrist "Hey!" she said trying to pull away but it was no use, Leroy was much stronger than her and easily pulled her downstairs. Leading her towards the Dungeons she wonder what he was up to as he threw her to the ground.

Once he threw Evaine to the cold stone floor he pulled out his wand at her, seeing the look on her face he smirked "Crucio.." he said softly. Mr. Eliton watched as Evaine cried in pain begging him to stop, please stop. He couldn't get enough he wanted her to beg, cry his name, say she;ll do anything to make the pain go away. Holding his wand still as he walked up to the ravenclaw pushing her black hair away from her face "He has to be the lucky one.." he said then kicked Evaine in the ribs. "You have to go falling for him.. He's a freak, a no good dirty wolf." he shout again using that word 'wolf'. Did he know what Jim was and used it against Evaine. Before Evaine could get a word in her eyes widen seeing Leroy pulled his wand out saying "Crucio.." , insistent her body had a rush on pain sent, screaming for him to stop she cried. Tears running down her cheeks, curing up in a ball "Stop, please... stop.." she cried her fingernails clawed deep into her skin. Seeing leroy moved closer saying what Jim was the lucky one? What was he talking about was he really that jealous? Crying out in pain when he licked her in the side her hand reached out to grab her wand "Jim's not a freak... A Sudden rush of rage send flying in Leroy never had he heard Evaine say that to him, it hurt him and made him angry calling him heartless and saying no one truly loves him because he doesn't get the time to know someone.. A spoiled rich boy huh? He pressed his foot on her arm to stop her from getting towards her wand "You.. shouldn't.. have.. said.. that.." he said harshly. Leaning down he picked up her wand throwing it across the room. His hands cling onto her shirt propping her up "Now you'll going to pay for that." he grinned. Leroy pressed his lips against her's running his hands down her body and up her skirt, feeling her panties under his fingers he pulled them down. Evaine shut her eyes tightly when Leroy step on her hand, shit shit shit.. she thought fearing what he will do next. He leaned down picking her wand and chucking it to the other side of the room, her eyes widen with how harsh Leroy's voice sounded "I, I didn't mean it i'm.." she whined when he grabbed her by the collar of her shirt. Someone help.., Eva tried with all her might to get Leroy off him but she was to much in pain from the spell and him kicking her. She could feel his lips pressed against her's, tears running down her eyes as his hands snaked down her body and up towards her panties. Taking them off she bite down on his lip and kicked him in his member. "GET OFF!"

Pushing herself up she almost got near the stairs until Leroy send another spell at her, she flew back on the could stone. Oh God, Please.. someone help.. her fingers twitched in pain trying to still move but her body shouldn't even flinch with out pain. She could feel Leroy getting close, shutting her eyes tightly she knew it was pointless to fight now seeing she was to weak to move. Gasping as leroy kicked her again, feeling all the air in the lungs escaped "S Stopp." she said but he keep going and going. Trying to fight the pain and not cry she let out a blood curdling scream when he kicked harder. Coughing up blood she felt her eyes getting tired but Leroy just keep on going. am I going to die.. no not like this... "HELP!" she tried calling out but her lungs hurt and she felt her ribs hurting "Somebody.." eva cried.

Belle seemed to be the first one who heard it: the screaming coming from the dungeons below. It sounded like a girl, a young one. Without thinking twice about it, Belle brandished her wand and hurried down the stairs. Dumb bullies, think they can hurt whoever they choose, she thought bitterly as she made her way down. Probably a bunch of boys picking on some first year... Her thought trailed off when she opened the door, and what she saw made her gasp and her eyes go wide. Evaine was on the ground, battered and broken like a rag doll that had been thrown about by a cruel child. And Leroy was the cause of it. Before he could kick her again, Belle pointed her wand at him and yelled "Stupefy!" It was enough to throw him backwards, getting him away from Evaine. She moved close to her, standing in front of her protectively while pointing her wand at the boy. "What the hell do you think you're doing?" she yelled, losing most of her composure by this point. "What gives you the right to torture this poor girl? What has she ever done to you, you stupid idiot?" She didn't care if she was overstepping her boundaries as a teacher. Evaine was seriously hurt and Leroy was the culprit. Belle wasn't going to stand for that.

Kicking and kicking Evaine over and over, anger pure anger boiled inside him he just couldn't stop and was making things worse. Evaine was starting to cough up blood so he much have been kicking her lungs to hard, no dought he'll get expelled for hurting Evaine and possibly putting her in the Hospital for a month. Before he could get another kick in someone shot a spell at him sending him flying across the room, "Hmm.." he rubbed his neck, looking up he saw none other than Miss. Mallery. "Oh fuck.." he mumbled this is twice she saw him with Evaine, he hope she doesn't notice the panties off Eva and just force on her face. Each kick Eva cried more wanting to tell him to stop but it wouldn't do any good and if she called out for Jim he'll just get even more pissed and who knows what he might do to her. Coughing up more blood she held her stomach with one hand, shutting her eyes tightly for the next blow someone came in the room firing a spell at Mr. Eliton. Thank god.. she thought but was so weak to even lift her head to see who it was. Her eyes widen slightly hearing Miss. Mallery's voice "Mi.. Miss.. Mall.. Mallery.." she tried to say but ended up vomiting some blood, tightening her hold over her stomach she groaned in pain. God did she with for a hole to open up right now and take her, she didn't want to have to deal with this. She knew Miss. Mallery would take her to the hospital wing and who knows how long she'll stay. No telling what Leroy damaged.

"Oh, are you?" Belle spat, her voice harsh. "Because to me, it looks like you're killing her! Look at her, she can barely move! And besides, it's not your place to 'teach lessons' as you put it. You may have been able to get away with this stuff before Mr. Elton, but I've caught you red-handed this time. You're going to pay for what you've done here, mark my words." She would have added more, but she heard Evaine make a retching noise behind her. She spun around in time to see the battered girl vomit up some blood. Her eyes widened even more. This was getting bad. "Evaine!" She was next to her in an instant, turning her over on her side so she didn't end up choking on her own blood. "Easy there. Just hang on," she said, trying to keep her cool. But she could feel her heart racing as she began to panic. The Hospital Wing was four floors up. How on Earth was she going to get Evaine up there? It wasn't like she could apparate up there. The enchantments on the school prohibited that. Then, there was Leroy to deal with. But if she took Evaine to the Hospital Wing, Leroy could make a break for it, escape, never be found. Students had been desperate enough to try that in the past. If only she had somebody else to help her. She sighed, knowing what she had to do. Evaine's safety had to come first. The longer she was down here, the more likely her injuries could permanently damage her. She fixed her wand on Leroy before turning to look at Evaine. "Evaine, I need you to listen to me for a moment," she said, trying to keep her voice calm. "I'm going to help you get to the Hospital Wing. It'll probably hurt a bit, but it has to be done. I have to get you there before your injuries get worse. I just need you trust me, and I promise you, I'll get you there safely. Okay?"

"Well it will teach that BOY not to mess with me, No one would miss her if she suddenly disappears!" he shout, his jealousy got the better of him, Nearing killing Evaine just to make a point, he should have just raped her fight then but part of him wanted to dead, maybe he wont have this feeling for her. His eyes sightly widen seeing her throwing up blood, shit this wasn't going to be good, and seeing rumors spread around here fast he'll get a good yelling at each teacher and never let Evaine be alone at all. Trying to make a run for it but Belle had her wand pointing towards him "Oh fuck you!" he shout

Evaine could feel Belle move her on her side so she doesn't start choking on her own blood, whimpering in pain Eva just wanted it to go away, Her eyes glanced over Belle's face as she spoke to her "H How are you going to.." she tried speaking but it hurt, it hurt to speak and it hurt to breath. The hospital wing was four floors up and it hurt to even move an inch "O Okay.." she said, not knowing how bad her injuries where and she wanted to go to the Hospital this time. She wasn't going to right "Don't tell Jim.." she begged, Eva knew it was pointless cause Jim will find out some way.

"Every person counts in this place, whether you believe it or not," Belle spat, glaring at Leroy. "Besides, I wouldn't put you in charge of who's important anyway. You seem to only view people as toys: fun while they last, but as soon as you break them, you abandon them. That's a foolish way to live, and it will get you killed one day. Mark my words." She would have gone on, but she had to focus on Evaine now, help her get to the Hospital Wing. She looped one arm over her shoulder while she wrapped her right arm around the girl's waist. "Okay, this might hurt a bit. We're just gonna move slowly, really slowly..." Trying to support Evaine as much as she could, she managed to get the girl to her feet, although she wasn't sure how far they could get like this. Plus, there was still Leroy to deal with. What the hell was she supposed to do with him? Her brain hurt from agonizing over this decision. She just had to pick a plan and stick with it. "You." She pointed her wand at Leroy again. "I want you to go to the Slytherin Common Room and wait there until I get back with some other staff members. If you're not there by the time we return, we will find you. And your punishment will just get even worse. You're already in pretty hot water, Mr. Elton. I suggest you not make it worse for yourself. God it?"

Leroy growled as he shoved his hands in his pockets, seeing Belle manged to get Evaine on her feet, he walked over towards them "I hope she dies.." he said seeing the look on Belle's face before walking out of the dungeons and in his common room

Evaine groaned in pain, tears running down her face as Belle helped her up. She manged to get her on her feet but how long can they keep this up? Walking up four floors up Evaine might claps before they even make it, if only Belle had help and what would the students think seeing Evaine like that? Leroy's words replayed in her mind "he's right... no one would miss me.." she tried saying her voice sounded weak, coughing she tried to breath threw the pain but it hurt so badly. Shutting her eyes tightly how could leroy be do curl and wish death to Evaine? No one cares.. they are all the same.. she thought, Leroy had done it.. He broken her and she now started to see and think that everyone was the same just like Leroy, including Jim. Wait no Jim's not like.. but he's hiding something... she shook her head before crying out in pain when Belle tried helping her up the stairs "Twice you had to come save me from him... Glad you came... If you didn't come just in time... who knows what could have.." she couldn't say anything anymore, Eva vomited more blood, the more the tried to speak or tried even breathing just a bit it put more pain to her.

"If she does, you'll regret it," Belle threatened, keeping her wand pointed at Leroy until he was out of sight. Then she put it in her pocket and got a more secure hold on Evaine. "Don't listen to him, he's a twat," she said to the girl as they slowly made their way up. "He doesn't know anything. He's just one person who thinks of you that way. You have lots of friends and teachers who would miss you if you died, okay? I think the majority are right on this issue." She tried to sound confident, but Belle was getting more and more worried about Evaine. What on Earth did Leroy do to her? This was more than a standard bullying, she looked like she had been put through a blender. She staggered for a moment as Evaine threw up more blood, struggling to keep hold of her. "Just hang in there, honey," she said, hoping that she wasn't going to end up at the Hospital Wing with a corpse. "Don't try to talk anymore, it's only hurting you. Just focus on breathing and keeping your eyes open. You need to stay awake for as long as possible."

Evaine heard what belle said about her friends missing her and the teachers. In the back of her mind she didn't think so, but she slowly nodded her head trying to best to move her legs. This was going to be a long walk up them steps if only they could just appear their and now have to worry about walking "Hmm.." Evaine nodded her head, her shaking hand tried lifting up to whip the blood off her mouth but whimpered in pain.
